Yesterday, I decided to make my way back to the Old City (Jerusalem). I felt I did not have enough time to think and contemplate during the last visit the day before. The title of this paper is Pan-Africanism and Pentecostalism in Africa: Strange Bedfellows or Perfect partners . My plan for this paper is a simple one. In addressing ourselves to the issue of Pan-Africanism and African Pentecostalism, I want to explore whether African Pentecostalism can assist in the constructing a Pan-African political theology. The inspiration for this paper came from three sources.
